Starbucks Coffee Company

Thought we would try this locations today, not worth the money. Coffee needed 6 sugars to taste any good. London fog had 2 tea bags in it which made it taste way too strong !!!! The one girl with really long hair kept flipping her hair to the side so it would hang over her should to the front of her- what no hats NO WASHING HANDS hair flying everywhere YUK! We will not return here.

As someone who worked at Starbucks for years, I am very understanding of employees not always having the best day. But I have come to this location a few times since the Ontario St location (they had most amazing employees) closed, and EVERY time I have dealt with the same employee who has awful customer service skills. Blonde with square glasses. I gave the benefit of the doubt a couple times but I always feel like an inconvenience when dealing with her. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location.

After school, the place is full of groups of high school girls doing homework together. It's a very nice , large store. I ordered on my phone even though I was sitting inside because the line was 3 deep and the door kept opening and blasting cold air. I sat and talked with a friend on the phone and totally forgot my order, but when I checked on it, it still hadn't been made.

I always mobile order to this location every morning and usually have great service. There is a very nice barista there with short brown hair who is always very pleasant to me and always acknowledges me and my personal cup very quickly when I come to pick up my drink. Not every barista acknowledges me so quickly but I usually have a positive experience. The reason for knocking down a star is that every time there is this one barista — i don’t know if she’s the manager or a supervisor — the atmosphere becomes hostile and she is not a pleasant person. It is a tall woman with darker hair. The one day I went in she immediately yelled across the store at the barista with the bob who is always nice to me that she has to say hello to customers as soon as they walk in — which this barista always does and is always the quickest to acknowledge me. The next day I was literally ignored by this supervisor as I walked in and stood there with my personal cup for my mobile order. I am a partner at another store but this location is on my way to my day job and closer to my house so I go here. As a result, I know how the service should be, and she does not have a “customer first” attitude. In fact I often feel as though I am inconveniencing her my coming in. This woman is making me reconsider being a regular at this store, which is unfortunate and frustrating because all the other baristas are so kind. Overall shoutout to the girl with the bob who is always great, and I hope this manager has an attitude change soon so I can enjoy the Starbucks experience. I’m not usually one to write reviews or complain at all but I’ve had one too many unpleasant experiences with her here.

Stephanie is truly the best barista at this Starbucks! She always greets me with a smile, remembers my order, and makes every drink perfectly. Her customer service is amazing and she creates such a welcoming atmosphere. This location is lucky to have her!
