If I could give 0 stars I would. I put through an order for 2 drinks, they made my hot drink right away. We waited another 17 minutes for them to make the second drink on my order. They said if it is a mobile order, it will be stopped and they will make all in-person orders first??!! What? So you don’t value the quality of mobile customers’ orders? If you start an order, finish it. I can see not going to next mobile order if in-person customer, but midway??You don’t care that a hot $7.50 tea sits for almost 20 minutes before serving. That doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. We will never be visiting this location again. If you don’t value mobile order customers then why would I ever want to come back? I spent over $600 in your store last year alone as my office orders often. If I know that mobile orders are second-class customers to you, then you’ve lost our business. This year it will be nothing more. Never again.

Ordered a cookie and waited 10 minutes for it, then went up and asked if it was ready and got questioned saying it was already handed to me when it most definitely had not. Staff fool around and talk endlessly when they have drinks and food to serve, as well as a line waiting. Drinks I have gotten before don’t even compare to other Starbucks in St Catharine’s. Worst Starbucks and customer service ever. Can’t believe this experience and wouldn’t have happened it staff were focused and mature. They really just be hiring anyone.

Hands down Matt at drive thru is the best server I have ever encountered. He is always friendly and welcoming. As long as Matt works there I will keep coming back. Please give this guy a raise.

Starbucks corporate, listen up. Closing all the stores around this location has overwhelmed this store. Limited to no parking, long line ups, 10 to 15 minutes to get my drink. It is bad for customers and unfair for the excellent crew at this location. The team and location are great, you should follow their lead: do better or this customer will go somewhere else.
