they made it wrong when i told them to fix it they said they made right they can’t fix it and i think everyone can see the actual amount of drink in it it’s not only my eyes ryt😂 btw thanks for this inconvenience i already garbage that and i will not come back to this store because it’s just wastage of money.

Unfortunately I was the first person lined up at 6:00am for the release of the Bearista cup as I am a collector of the Starbucks memorabilia and I physically watched a manger take the cups into the back as I know the box they come in and I was able to watch them open the boxes through the porthole style door to the back room, the manager then proceeded to come out and lie to everyone that there were none. Taking the cups when you only have two is one thing but then trying to cover your tracks by lying to a customer isn’t the best choice in my opinion. On top of that being rude to a long time customer who has supported the brand for years I’m really disappointed that she did this as my cousin was able to get one at another store locally seems that they were not greedy liars. Attached pictures of the cups in the boxes as-well as the manager who insisted that they didn’t have any I will not be supporting this location anymore.

Great visit to Starbucks at the Pen Center! The service was friendly and efficient, and the coffee was spot on — just the way I like it. The space was clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick break or catching up with a friend. One small suggestion: if you’re staying in, consider asking for a ceramic mug or glass instead of disposable cups — Mother Earth will thank you! A simple way to make a great experience even better.

Drink was fast and great, service was overall good. Small wait for the drink but that’s to be expected in a mall setting. The atmosphere was semi-quiet but the lack of indoor tables definitely was a negative. Overall was a good experience but nothing to brag about if you’re looking for a good place to study or do work while you drink/eat.

I ordered a venti drink online for delivery. I was Charged $15 for the drink & delivery and then when it arrived, the bag was taped shut and half of my drink was floating in the bottom of the bag. They told me it was because the ice melted, however that’s a lie because I asked for no ice, and the label on the cup says no ice. The liquid was pink (not ice) and the driver said when he picked it up it was leaking, it only got worse as he delivered it. The cup arrived upright, so I’m not sure where along the way this happened, but it’s definitely something that could’ve been fixed prior to me receiving it. Probably won’t order delivery from this location again as this is the only location I have issues with…
