Edit: After leaving this review, the manager was kind enough to give me a call and apologize for the incident. I really appreciated the followup and can see that there is a clear desire to give customers a good experience here. i've been here a number of times and usually the service is decent, while not overly friendly staff. I came in a few weeks ago on Dec 22nd and placed a mobile order. 1 drink - I waited about 25 minutes PAST when the app said the drink would be ready before I very politely asked the barista is if the order had been received okay. She was incredibly rude to me and it was a very upsetting experience. I am always very polite to people in the service industry as I know how stressful it can be. But there wasn't any excuse for her behavior. It is really unfortunate that they have such rude people serving this lovely location. Maybe they are understaffed which results in stressed out and rude staff?

Fantastic Starbucks located in the charming old town of Niagara-on-the-Lake! Staff were all very pleasant! Better than other Starbucks I’ve been in around ! My latte was perfect and my partner Mocha delicious.

This Starbucks is right off the Main Street. Great place to sit and cool off during the hot summer. Clean and wasn’t too busy when we were here. Fast service. Thanks!

Compared to other Starbucks branches, I experienced a lower level of welcoming service here. The place is bright, and I liked the design and seating area. However, the staff member who took our order seemed rushed, even though there were no other customers at the time. Also, the washroom was out of service on the first day of a long weekend, which felt more like a tactic to avoid extra cleaning and hassle for the staff rather than a genuine issue.

Cozy little Starbucks on the lake! I love this branch better than it’s former location. The staff are nice and the ambience is good. However, they must improve their ordering queue because it can get quite confusing especially during weekends and busy hours. People coming from their rear entrance are not aware that there’s an existing line up, can’t blame them because the ordering area is really tight. Other than that, I think this Starbucks is very unique and one of a kind!
