Starbucks Coffee Company

The ladies working today were lovely. Super friendly and quick to help. She even checked on me to make sure something I put on my order was correct. The only downside is the tourist inflation on the prices at this location. For some reason it was a ay pricier than another Starbucks near by. Starbucks should correct that.

I visited the Starbucks in front of the Niagara Falls Hilton Hotel in the evening and left really disappointed. I ordered my usual two venti coffees something I get daily at other Starbucks locations and was charged $27, when I normally pay $16–$18 for the exact same order. I understand Niagara is a tourist area, but this pricing felt excessive compared to every other store I visit. What made the experience worse was the service. There were two employees on shift, one male and one female, both of South Asian Indian background, and neither acknowledged me when I walked in. I was the only customer, it wasn’t busy, and they were standing together chatting. They continued their conversation for a while before the female barista finally decided to take my order. No greeting, no eye contact, no sense of urgency. I rarely leave reviews for coffee shops, but this stood out in the wrong way. With the prices they charge in a major tourist spot like Niagara, I hope this location improves their customer service and consistency. Starbucks is usually reliable, but this store fell short 🤷🏼‍♀️

Due to the horrible customer satisfaction, so we came early morning and start ordering the coffees, the first person taking our order was absolutely rude , i was not expecting someone from Starbucks representing like that, this is the first time i had this kind of experience with starbucks, so i ask the Lady Named LALA to please take my order, She was very nice and knowledgeable, the way she talks was absolutely nice and represent the starbucks company really nice, That was the personal experience i had today, drink is above and beyond, Love it, i hope next time when i come that person don’t treat me like that

Had no issues with this Starbucks, but the map location is wrong so might be multiple reviews for multiple Starbucks. Anyway, we have been here 3 times over the past 2 days (Friday and Saturday) prices are normal, service has been really good and happy faces all around. It's Starbucks so quality is same as everywhere else, beats the watery applebee instant coffee 😎
