Just awful. Not the first time I’ve thought that at this location. Polite rude if you get my meaning. Manager lies that if the blinds are not all up she will get in trouble from her district manager. “For the blinds being lowered so I can see my laptop and not bake??? Yes,she says. “ I’m trying to work. There’s not a coffee shop on the planet that would tell a customer to move if they don’t like it. Starbucks is no longer the 2nd home they used to be. Now it’s a bunch of snobby mean girls who set up arbitrary rules and make demands of paying customers. Anyhow. Avoid this location. Their only purpose is take out for tourists. Place was empty. No reason for her to ruin my visit. Did I mention the 20% surcharge on my Americano that cost almost 7$?
View on GoogleThis was the best in niagara falls. As soon as I walked in Chelsea greeted me with a super smile. Jade and Chelsea were full of energy and I had my 3 venti lattes in 4 minutes flat. Keep these women as they are the front line to your business. No matter how good your coffee is, if you do not have a good front line, people wont come! 😀
View on GoogleManager is not very good at providing customer service. We ordered something new and didnot like . We kindly asked her if we could exchange or remake. She said its a risk you take when you try something new, doesnot even matter if its tastes good or not. Very poor service. This is first starbucks I have seen providing such bad customer service.
View on GoogleThis was truly the worst Starbucks I have ever seen. My husband ordered a drip coffee. Every other Starbucks gets that for you immediately - that's why you do it. At this one, they made him wait behind all the orders of lattes and specialty drinks! We told them this wasn't right - and other customers waiting agreed. Finally they gave it to us. The very young manager at that site should be fired. There were 4 people behind the counter and none of them could figure out how to do anything. And the poor woman before us ordered a bagel without onions, but after they made it, they explained that onions were in the bagel. But then they wouldn't refund her money. All of the customers were upset and this idiot manager was doing absolutely nothing to deescalate. Worst Starbucks ever!
View on GoogleThey made my drink wrong, and when I ask them to fix it they said “ohhhhh we made it right” like hi u dumb or sum it suppose dark I even showed her pictures, she continued saying it made to company order. Tell me if this has 2 shots of expresso inside.
