I love the coffee and treats at Starbucks. I do find the locations can be a bit crowded and loud, but that's my own sensitivities and preferences- not on anyone else. I have to say that their survice has always been stellar, and that keeps me coming back. For example; while rushing off to work after an appointment, I made the error of ordering on the app at the incorrect location this past week, and when I realized I had done that, I called the location and asked for them to either gift it to someone or throw it out. They were kind enough to tell me that it was no biggie, and I could just show my receipt at the location I wanted to use and they'd make another one for free, which I did without issue. It was very kind and thoughtful of both locations. A nice policy (if it is one). Also, my daughter and I love to stop at Starbucks on our little spontaneous dates. (Shout out to Montrose location, which was the first incorrect one. The one at The Outlets in NOTL was the other that I was at.)
View on GoogleTo the managaer that wasn't even around. You have 4 people on drive trough and 1 girl making drinks for everyone front, drive and delivery. Of course she can keep up. I waited 20 minutes and coffee wasn't ready I try to cancell my order and same thing, nobody on front. So I left without my order because I have to go back to work. Hopefully the company train you to set up your people better. This was on Mar/6/26 at 12.00pm
View on GoogleHopefully store owner reads this... I spend $7/day - most weeks 3-4 times. Order the same thing each day. Your staff know my face and they are great. This morning - mobile ordered at 8:30am (Feb 24. 2026) to be in office by 9. Got back to office. NOT what I ordered. Called and spoke to supervisor and asked if a replacement could be delivered as what was provided is not drinkable (chocolate - was supposed to be CARAMEL). Advised could not deliver. Spoke to shift manager. Advised the same. Apologies but no substance. I was offered I could go once again and pick one up - but I am now at work in the office. So - no recourse. Do the math. I spend a significant amount annually and made that apparent but alas both staff members simply advised what they couldn't do instead of providing customer service to deliver what I had ordered, drove to pick up and went to office not being able to drink what was provided. Hopefully corporate will make contact with me to rectify because at store level, it appears no one can do a thing about customer retention.

View on GoogleI have visited the location twice in the last two weeks, both have been terrible service. I have waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 1 drink and now inside the restaurant for 20 minutes. It is not busy! This is ridiculous! People are leaving without ordering because of the lack of service. Do better!
