The lady was extremely rude who was taking the order. She had very angry and disrespectful tone, didn't even give us a second to speak. We specifically asked for less ice but she put "add ice" instead. We had to wait 15 mins to get the order and it wasn't even correct order. The drink was full of chocolate and not made correctly. We always go to Starbucks and this was very bad experience.

I would like to share my experience at this Starbucks location (I am almost a regular at this store) Four days ago, I ordered a drink that was unfortunately not filled properly. Yesterday, I returned and ordered again at the same store. At that time, the manager became aware of the issue after seeing my Google review. What truly impressed me was how seriously he took my feedback. This showed an extraordinary level of professionalism and genuine commitment to customer service. The manager sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and kindly provided a gift card to make up for the experience. Although I regret not getting his name, I want to acknowledge how respectful, kind, and professional he was throughout our interaction. His response turned a negative experience into a very positive one, and it truly reflects excellent customer service. Thank you for addressing the concern so thoughtfully. I really appreciated it. Even with that experience, I’d always come back to this store or even at the one located in Kalar Road. Excellent job and customer service!

Located in a large plaza with grocer and Rona hardware, so there's plenty of parking and room to move for my straight truck. I've always been able to just walk in order my black Pike and be out with an a minute or 2. Staff have always been friendly and efficient. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I'm not experiencing what I'm reading.

The Starbucks is located in a hotel strip centre adjacent to Roger was like Fido, pita pit, Sunset, Grill, Lowe’s and Metro. The staff is friendly, the selection is standard Starbucks – pastries, drinks of all sorts as well as tea/coffee, there’s plenty of free parking. There’s also an outdoor patio. I’m new to star bucks, but for the second time now I’ve gone to this location and the drink is MORE expensive by almost 3$ and is not made properly. I ordered the same exact drink in New York City USA and in Niagara on the lake, they were consistent. Twice now I’ve ordered this drink to be disappointed, won’t be returning I gave them a second chance because I figured we all have off days. But there’s no effort. First is a photo of how the drink IS supposed to be made. Which only cost me 6.75$ , the second photo I’ve paid 9.15$ both times…. That includes EXTRA caramel , but didn’t actually have the extra caramel and somehow I paid more … just gunna stick to making my coffee at home.
