All Star Collision gets ALL STARS (5 at least) My first time to an auto body shop since forever!! I was rear-ended one Friday afternoon & I took the information from the guy that hit me and went to the police station and proceeded to go right next door. How convenient is that right?!?! I was greeted by Jackie who listened to my explanation as to why I was there and Rob proceeded to figure out an estimate for the damages to my Hyundai! They could have said 'come back tomorrow ' but were very good to help me immediately!!! I got my estimate and since they were closing, I was asked if I could come back first thing in the morning before going to work. Jackie also offered to drive me to work in order to leave my Car with them. Now, that's service! It was wonderful! I was told on a Monday. That I could leave my car with them till Friday. They use Enterprise car rentals which is literally right around the corner from them. Another employee there, a family member that goes by the name Tracey, had left messages to keep me informed of what was going on. Her sidekick is Maddy.I consider her the mascot of the company, a beautiful little dog. All in all the service was very quick and the professionalism and the fact that they are family owned, speaks volumes! I want to thank Steve P. for doing the repairs on my car. Jackie, Rob & Tracey, Steve P, and Maddie I thank you for making this entire experience both easy and stress-free. I honestly can't say enough for this auto collision business and the family that runs it! Leave it to the experts to look after all of your needs including looking after your car. I feel that the family is very passionate about their work and carrying on the membership that their family built to where it is today

Wish I could give them more than five stars! From collision to repair and beyond, this team was professional, kind, sympathetic, and quick. They helped deal with my insurance and called every step of the way to give me updates. The repair looks amazing (just like new) and they even detailed the car down to using tire shine. The car looks brand new and it's 9 years old!!! I could not be more impressed with their work. They even offered to reattach a panel near my rear window that had popped off years prior. I am so grateful! Thank you so much!

I recently had my car repaired at Star Collision after accident through my insurance and was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they complete the work efficiently and in a timely fashion, but their communication was excellent – I received regular updates, which made the whole process stress-free. The attention to detail truly shines, especially with the meticulous cleaning they performed on my car afterward. It was an unexpected and very welcome bonus! Fantastic job.
