⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at the Staples Welland Printing Centre. The staff went above and beyond to help me and provided truly outstanding service from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everything was done perfectly. The pricing was phenomenal as well. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing printing services. Top-notch team all around.

This negatively affects customer comfort and raises legitimate concerns about employee wellbeing and accessibility, particularly for individuals with epilepsy. This issue should be resolved promptly.
View on GoogleIf I could make this a negative five star review I would. Several months ago I went to get a full refund and flat out got refused and only got store credit. I'm pretty sure there on commission there and the supervisor takes opened merchandise that's been used and is faulty, and actually puts it back on the shelf and resells it for a commission. It's scummy, underhanded and downright rude. Don't go to this location. Go to a mah and pah store and buy local, not from a big corporation. I had an autistic meltdown right in the parking lot outside because I needed that money very badly at that time.

Both were friendly, polite, and professional, and they took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. Their positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate their help and would highly recommend them.
View on GoogleI have over 100,000 people that have read my reviews on my main Google account. I have a philosophy that there is never a need to throw anyone under the bus. I will only ever write a review, unless it is positive. However, this is my secondary account, where I have only ever written 1 negative review before this one. Chris, the manager, was an absolute nightmare to deal with today. He was condescending, impolite, and abrasive. To be frank, I will never come to this Staples again. I have worked many different jobs in my life, one being in retail. The customer always comes first, and I have no idea how a company as large as Staples has let him become a Manager. I am appalled as to how I was treated. I am going to also write an email to the Head Office regarding this situation. I work for a company that spends $400 a week using the Print area. That turns into $1,600 per month. Per year, that is $19,200. We will no longer be using Staples as to one reason: the way that Chris, the Manager treated me today. I am sure that 20K is a drop in the bucket for such a large company, however this is on Chris. It had been a pleasure using Staples as a means to print, but the company will be finding alternative sources to print. Once again, he just costed your company almost 20 thousand dollars per year. My suggestion would be to sit down with Chris, and explain to him that just because he is a "Manager", he has no right to treat anybody in a way that he did. The company and I had planned to use your Printing Services for at least the next 5 upcoming fiscal years. All I will say is that he has now costed Staples almost $100,000 dollaras in loss over the next 5 years. I am devastated, however, no longer will the company use Staples, soley on the fact that Chris was way out of line.
