View on GoogleI went today around 12 noon to get photocopies itās very hard to navigate the system by myself. The Asian lady at the desk was with a customer for over 30 minutes and did not attend me. I saw her two weeks ago same thing she doesnāt want to help customers. Thankfully there were other people working there who help out including other customers. If you hate helping people stay home.
View on GoogleVery disappointed in the service we received when we went for a passport photo on Friday Feb 20th. The photo was for our baby. When we asked if we could get a photo done, we were met with "she must be awake and not crying" - no "hello", no "how are you", just that. Which was no problem, so we woke her up and were ready to go, took us less than 2 minutes, but then the employee ignored us, avoiding eye contact, while whispering to her colleague that a baby needed a picture and "Goodluck with that".. I don't think she intended for us to hear her... but we did. We felt completely ignored and like we were a huge burden. Finally we flagged her down that we were ready - our baby was awake and not crying at all. She didn't cry at all during our visit. But the employee still looked annoyed that we got her - we think she was hoping her colleague would be the one to help us, considering her earlier comment to her colleague. I completely understand that babies can be difficult to work with for photos, and they may have had previous bad experiences but we felt completely disrespected. If it was busy, we would understand the delay in getting back to us, but it wasn't busy at all. We went on a Friday early afternoon to avoid huge crowds. This is our first baby, and although the majority of places have been welcoming, it is a very different experience to go out in the world with a baby, and considering this establishment does passport photos for all ages, we thought we would be met with somewhat respect and understanding. That was not the case - just disappointment. My intent on writing this review is not to get anyone in trouble, but I do hope that this can be used as a learning opportunity that how you treat people matters - especially in customer service.
View on GoogleWe waited nearly 15 minutes waiting to ship packages while employees just walked by without saying a word. Asked three separate times for an associate to help us and was told āI will call someoneā or āsomeone should be thereā multiple times. Finally I opened the employee door to see where this person is only to find nobody there. Then the āmanagerā shows up and does a double take & asks if I was in the back. I said yes Iām looking for help, I have already asked three separate times, I literally donāt know what else to do at this point. She replied back in a very rude tone āyeah, donāt do thatā. Mind you this manager was standing right there when I was asking for assistance and continued to stand at the front desk and BUILD A CHAIR while there is a line of customers waiting to be helped. Absolute joke. I would suggest hiring a manager with a better attitude and more brain cells. š¤”
View on GoogleExceptional service from Dani today. I had an issue with printing as a result of trying to upload to their printer from a hard drive rather than usb. Dani helped me out by printing all of my documents for me, which was quite a lot of manual selection and was a quite tedious and diligent task but she did so without hassle and was very pleasant!
