Bought my first golf cart there about ten years ago and had a very good experience, so I went back for my next cart. Good people, fair pricing, and Stanmore staff even swapped my accessories from the old cart to my new cart without even being asked. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommended.

I been dealing with this location for years. I went in as most time just do business over e-mail and use their yearly storage and maintenance package. Treated me like family everyone from Chris, Mary-Anne and Glenn and happy to see me even their driver game and said hello. They upgraded show room and looks really nice since Stanmore took over from Skyway. Highly recommend them.

Brought my zero turn mower to have them check out what’s wrong with it. They told me they’d give me a call back in a couple days. Week passes by and no call back so I decide to call them only for them to tell me that the machine is ready for pick up. I get there to pick up the machine and get handed a $600 repair bill. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the first shop I’ve been to in my entire life that carry’s out repairs without the approval of the customer. After confronting the owner of the business, I was met with the most disrespectful inconsiderate clown who did not have a single care in the world about what had happened. The worst part is, my mower experienced the same problem a few weeks later that they supposedly “fixed” without my approval. I would strongly suggest you stay away from this place because not only do they do shady business, but the owner is disrespectful who only looks to run away with your money.

Horrible customer service. We bought a golf cart last year and it never worked properly from the moment it arrived to our site. Now our batteries are completely dead and they said our warranty was not one year as told but one summer season. I would never buy anything from them again and would not recommend anyone else do either. Their staff could learn a thing or two on how to speak to customers and then maybe they would have better retention. Wish we had never bought from them in the first place.

I do a limited amount of Golf Cart repair in Port Rowan and I deal with Chris in part's department. I ordered a few parts yesterday afternoon... and had them shipped to me here. I was JUST handed my box of parts!! THAT is GREAT customer service!! Thanks Chris!!
