Best stacked in Niagara!!! The servers are so attentive and knowledgeable. The food can’t be beat. The restaurant is spotless no matter how busy it is. The owners are so amazing and will do anything to make your visit the highlight of your day. Stop by you’ll be delighted!!!!

Once again, Stacked exceeded my expectations!!! I've been coming to stacked for the past couple years and have never been disappointed. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. My server, Skye, was absolutely delightful! She was very attentive and she made sure everything was perfect! She kept the strong, black coffee fIowing! I could not be more pleased with my experience at Stacked and would personally recommend trying it out, you won't be disappointed, not even a bit!

I’m hoping that for their sake, the server I had was new and still training. Upon being seated (there was maybe less than 10 other tables already sat/most of them already eating or finishing up) with my infant I was told my server would be right over. After almost 10 minutes passed, the server who sat me said she would just take my order on behalf of the other server. She then went up to the other server and told her what I wanted and that I would need hot water for my baby’s bottle. Only when my food came did my drink come, and had to ask again for a warm water for the bottle. I was never checked on by my server for the rest of the meal until she took my plate and brought the receipt. The other server working had walked past, and asked that I was OK Probably because if she could tell that I was annoyed at the lack of attentiveness from my own server. This other server (I’m not sure her name sorry, the one with the dreadlocks) was wonderful, even though she wasn’t my server. She was taking care of all of her own tables plus the other servers tables, as well as busing tables and seating new guests. I left cash on the table after waiting a while for my server to bring the machine. If she was new and overwhelmed, I understand, but there’s many times where she wasn’t even out on the floor or with her other 3 tables, so I’m not sure what she was doing. As a server myself, it was just not a great experience. The food however was good!

I always appreciate picking up from this restaurant. The staff are friendly, polite, and make drivers feel valued the moment we walk in. Occasionally, during heavy rush hours, orders need a little extra time, but it’s completely reasonable and they always handle the situation calmly and respectfully. They keep the pickup area running smoothly and treat drivers with professionalism. Overall, it’s one of the places I enjoy delivering from the most.

Always a great experience picking up from this location. The staff consistently greet drivers with a warm smile and show genuine respect. Orders are usually ready on time, and even during busy rush hours—when it understandably takes a little extra time—they still manage everything politely and professionally. Packaging is handled with care, and the pickup process stays smooth overall. Their friendly attitude makes every visit easy and stress-free. One of the best restaurants for delivery drivers to work with.
