There was a notice of store closure when I visited and it wasn't updated on their Google search. Parking was also difficult.
View on GoogleMy experience there was absolutely horrible we bought a christmas tree from there and because they didn't see it lean and said all their christmas trees fell apart then why sell them? All we wanted was to exchange it for a different tree and they couldn't have a warm heart and do that that's bad business on their side thanks for nothing
View on GoogleI had a terrible experience!!! I walked in with a legitimate list of things I needed, authorized from a place I’m staying at and with the understanding the store and this house had an agreement to help out ladies that need things. The manager was rude, judgmental, and had no problem following me around to pick things out for me. Furthermore another girl was with was brought to tears because of her disgusting attitude. Even though I had a couple dollars; she stated to her employees..”She probably begged for that off the street.” I’ve worked in customer service all my life and was never allowed to talked to anyone with such a horrible attitude in all my life. I will not be shopping at that store again. 👎🏻👎🏻
View on GoogleI was very shocked by the ignorance and rudeness of these volunteers. A kinder woman was on the register though. Iwas very shocked at way Pat treated the young person with Downs. Pat was quite a bully to her forno reason. I used to like going there. Especially for a bargain. But with what I witnessed, I very much doubt it.
View on GoogleI was in this store with my mother and we noticed a fan/light on a rack. A gentlemen was standing on the other side of the rack and I asked him if he could see a price on it. We both searched for a tag and couldn't find one. I asked an employee if she knew the price and the attitude I got was that I had taken the tag off. She said " I priced it myself and I know I put a tag on it," in a very condescending tone. She said "it's $80, I looked I priced it myself." I said "that's okay, I got on off of amazon for $30." Her response was "good for you!" And walked away. Very rude! When I went back in a week later, the same fan/light was still there. I spoke to another employee and said I had a complaint about how I was treated. I explained what happened and how the woman acted. The response I received was "well we don't. point fingers here." That was it. I understand that you have volunteers, but should they not be schooled on how to speak to customers? I have shopped in this store for sometime now, and after that experience I haven't been back.
