St. Lawrence Village

I recently moved into St. Lawrence Village and have had a fantastic experience. I’m giving them 5 stars for three main reasons: Management: The team is incredibly helpful and responsive via phone and email. They guided me through the entire rental journey—from the initial tour to the final documentation—making the process stress-free. Service: Maintenance requests are handled quickly and can be easily submitted through their dedicated app or by phone. Location: This is the perfect spot if you want to escape the city hustle and be close to nature. There are huge playgrounds, walking trails, and it's a short drive to Niagara Falls. Plus, essentials like Walmart and FreshCo are right nearby, and major shopping hubs (Fairview, Pen Centre, and the Outlets) are all within 10–20 minutes.

We have lived at St. Lawrence Village for many years and love it here. I'm writing this review with 5 stars because of the care and dedication the management team gives to us as residents. Kathy and Rey are exceptional and they go above and beyond for their tenants. We are grateful to the maintenance team as well and thank them and everyone for their kindness and support.

Have been at St Lawrence since 2014. Very happy here,especially since Cathy and Ray (and crew) arrived. Our building is always clean. If assistance is needed in apartment requests are followed up quickly and pleasantly. Louise is very helpful too. Last night we attended delicious Christmas dinner, setup and served by staff.....was great| Also enjoy summer barbeque on spacious outdoor area in "St Lawrence Village". There are other celebrations as well. Enjoying our life here!

I have lived at St. Lawrence Village for 10+ years with no intentions of moving. The buildings and property are well maintained, issues are dealt with quickly and the staff are friendly and helpful. Last night was the annual Xmas dinner, which as usual, was a spectacular event with great food!

St Lawrence Village is an excellent place to live. The staff are so helpful and prompt. Cathy and Rey handle any maintenance issues literally within minutes(twice Rey has been knocking at our door within 10 minutes of putting in a maintenance request on the company App), which is unheard of proactivity in the world of rentals. Our building is spotlessly maintained by Tetiana and Oleksander…even the stairwells are mopped.
