I reached out to Riley in early January and upgraded my 2017 Tiguan by months end. Riley was very accommodating of our busy schedule and not pushy. He made sure all of my wants were addressed and chose the perfect Tiguan for me. Communication was fantastic. Johnny and Ben made the financing process easy and respected my budget. I’ve dealt with other VW dealerships before but I will not stray from St. Catharine’s. Their service department is top notch with communication and explaining things in simple terms.

We’re very pleased with the service we received at the dealership. We went in on February 28th with an existing lease with another manufacturer that we were toying with getting out of, and the sales rep, Kyle Totten, was able to answer all of our questions and help us sort out the process. We never felt hurried to make our decision and we were able to lock down the February deal, pending whether or not we were happy with the insurance quote after the weekend, which was March. Kyle was very professional and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. The lease transfer was smooth and we left with our new Taos on Monday.

Milan took his time to explain everything about the car and suggested the best options for me and my family to make it more special; they even put a bow on top of my car, which I loved. As I mentioned before, thank you again for all your help. I absolutely love my new 2026 Tiguan — it drives smoothly, and I’m very happy with it. I think my husband might love it even more than I do, lol. To the VW team: they made us feel very welcome and special, guiding us through each step. Even Alfonso—if I remember his name correctly—took the time to show us all the car’s features and knew the car as if it were his own. Hopefully, we’ll return soon to get another car for my husband, this time a used one. I totally recommend them—5 stars.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant in his interactions. We arrived toward the end of operational hours to test drive some of the vehicles, and Kyle and the team stayed well beyond closing time so we could work out the details of the deal which we really appreciated.
