On my experience today trying to renew my passport. I dealt with 2 women, the receptionist and the clerk, both, I felt did not listen. The receptionist in terms of politeness was fine but the clerk in cubicle 8 was very condescending, rude and did not listen to me as I had to repeat myself. I also had to ask a question to its revelance, which lead me to question her listening skills. In the end I had not completed the correct form and that's on me but not a reason for the rudeness of cubicle 8. After reviewing previous reviews the negatives almost outweigh the positives. These offices are there to help people they even have a sign saying so. Leaving the office very annoyed at the treatment is not helpful UPDATE I returned with my updated information and my experience was better. Micheal was polite but his attention to detail and knowledge needs improvement. My documents were submitted.
View on GoogleBrought over forms needed to get paid my EI and they said it would be sent in the next day and I should get my pay 2 days later. It has now been 5 days and EI still does not have my forms and I have not been paid! Now I'm being given the run around and bills are going to bounce! NO HELP AT ALL!
View on GoogleHave you ever wondered what misery looks like? Come to this location February 3 @ 11:30 AM to support my father with completing his passport application. Visit desk #8 and you will meet the rotten tomato, do better and if you’re that miserable at life do better and get a new job.
View on GoogleNever seen more rude, condescending service in my life. Your job is a CIVIL SERVANT. Your job is to assist the citizens of Canada with the services Service Canada provides. If you don't want to do that- DON'T work here. The man that helped my mom was beyond rude after stating she was there to apply for EI, and had issues with her CRA account- he snapped back that her CRA account wasn't needed. Guess what bud? You do need it. Go else where if you want a better service.
