St. Catharines Probation and Parole

Terrible office.. arrogant staff met by pointless laws, much better things our tax dollars could be going to then paying for wages for a job so pointlessly unnecessary... I'm appalled to have to report to people in such a run down politically incorrect government facility only put in place to keep "criminals" under a microscope and minimize their chances of ever integrating back into society and finding their own pace in a normal way of life.

Spectacularly unhelpful officers..no wonder there are so many people in trouble..what the hell is the purpose of that department except to help?!..absolutely disgusted
