Very satisfied with the service I received in this location. From the front desk (I think her name is McKayla) to the service department. They were in constant communication with me while servicing my car, they transferred the warranty from the previous owner to me and offered me an extra preventative service that was still under the warranty. The wash they do after each service is a great touch as well. I love when my car is being taken care of properly so I will certainly be back :)

She saw me and helped me out right away. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind, making sure I understood every option and felt confident in my choice. Her enthusiasm and professionalism truly made this experience memorable. What made the moment even more special was the thoughtful welcome package Nissan mailed out. It felt like I just purchased a Ferrari or something, very premium like customer service. We were also given toy cars for the kids, which completely made their day, and a beautiful gift basket waiting for me at pick-up. It was such a warm, personal touch that showed how much they care about their customers. I couldn’t be happier with my new car or the outstanding service I received. I have only good things to say about St Catharines Nissan, and Rene Romero specifically. My old car died on me and I was thrown into an unanticipated situation where I needed a new one. Rene worked very hard to ensure I was able to get a new car. I genuinely never thought I'd ever have a brand new car! He never was annoyed by my many questions, and always reassured me when I was nervous that maybe this wouldn't be possible. Now I have a new car, with a warranty that provides invaluable peace of mind (something i have NEVER had!), and a car that is really freaking cute too!!! If you need a car, go see Rene!

Not pushy asked all the right questions and when I popped in unannounced Dave White the sales manager knew exactly who I was and helped make the purchase seamless.
