Chris was the best! He was extremely knowledgeable and kind during the entire experience. We were looking to trade in my Mazda Sport for a family vehicle and even though we ended up going with another vehicle that suited our needs better, he never pressured us and made sure we felt supported. We will absolutely be recommending him to any friends and family members looking for a new car!

Staff here are friendly and helpful as much as they can be and Brittany and OG are great however they are held back and limited to what they can say or do by the corporate conglomerate known as MAZDA CANADA!!! Stay away from Mazda vehicles!!! MAZDA CANADA will do anything and everything to avoid a warranty or a recall repair. My recall was done improperly on my vehicle but MAZDA CANADA refused to address this safety issue. Even with getting lawyers involved, I am just the little man battling against a larger company. MAZDA CANADA did absolutely nothing to offer up any kind of resolution to this matter as they ignored emails from both myself and my lawyer. I even offered to pay the labor and to just send me the part. And all this nonsense and bad publicity over a proper $2500 total repair that they should have been liable for. Mazda has lost a few customers for life now over this selfish issue of theirs but I'm sure they could care less because there will just be another customer that they will rip off in the future more or less the same way.
