The selection is okay. Layout of the store is great. Employees don't offer help which is concerning as it's a small store and they should be welcoming.

The Decorating centre in st Catharine’s on Merritt street were wonderful and extremely helpful with me yesterday! I changed the batteries for my Hunter Douglas blinds and the remote would not work the blind! I noticed the area had corroded from the batteries! The owners son gave me another set with batteries to instal . When I returned home snd changed the new format it works perfectly! Just like new! I will be back! My issue was simply fixed!!!

Was looking for a replacement wallpaper amidst a project as the one I had wasn't working. They were all so helpful and patient but particularly Taylor took the time to assist and guide me. Highly recommend. Thank you 🙏🏽💜

I came into this store completely overwhelmed and not knowing what to do. I had a vision but simply could not think of the right tones with the wallpaper I selected for my daughter's room. Josie went above and beyond in customer service. She was attentive and patient with me. She provided me with so many options instantly. To say that I am amazed with her level of professionalism, and knowledge is an under statement. I will never go to any other store for my decorating needs. I highly recommend the St. Catharines Decorating Centre to anyone.
