This is a great place for building supplies. Customer service is amazing and prices are great.

Lots of good stuff at this store. However, I think the staff may need some remedial training. I called the store at about 4:10PM to ask whether they had what I needed in stock. The young lady on the phone said yes, they had it. I told her I realized that the store closed at 5PM(my mistake), but that I would be there before that. I arrived at 4:35, only to find that they actually closed at 4:30. One might expect the employee that I spoke with to mention that they were closing in 20 minutes!!! I’m very disappointed, and will try and find what I need at a different store

Terrible customer service. Ordered top of line Trex decking boards and was given the incorrect cost and incorrect quantity. When I called to complain about the large amount of excess material they basically said 'that's your problem'. Even though they calculated the amount to order. I believe in supporting local businesses but would not recommend this one.

Great customer service from everyone. I have called to place orders and walked in as well and receive the same treatment. Staff treat your with respect and as if you are part of the Team.
