terrible business bulk salt wont sell if your not a seasonal contractor 2nd year in a row from this business. try to support a local business wont be coming here at all for anything if its prepaid for by others already your customer service person could have said sorry what we have left has been sold instead of saying that you cant sell to me because of your seasonal contractors I will stick with my 1star review due to how it was it came off on the phone

Terrible business no solid prices they charge more pending who u are I called twice and got told 2 different prices then was told they charge people more who haven't been coming by all winter long This company is unprofessional selling bulk product and don't stay consistent Trying to sell your property for 5 million is a joke when your service is worth pennies get better

Been in here twice now quoting and getting ideas for a job, both times left me walking away unimpressed. This most recent time me and my wife went in asking about a product and telling them how much Sq.ft. we had to cover, 4 people responded saying we need to figure out how much weight we need which is nearly impossible for an average joe like me trying to calculate the weight of stone. It wasn't until we started walking away that they pulled out a book with all these calculations for us based off Sq. Ft. like we had originally come in asking for. Not only that they kinda belittled us for wanting as much as we did and also saying they weren't gonna order that for us until what they had left in the yard was gone... all in all they didn't really try at all to help us out or get our service. I wouldnt recommend them to other people... I know now not to go back a third time and instead just save my time looking else where for landscaping material.

Great product - terrible staff? I decided to try to order some large boulders for a new garden we’ve just put in because I heard the prices were good here. When I arrived a friendly employee asked if I needed any help and I informed him that I would for sure be making an order today and I just had to decide on which rocks I wanted. Then shorty after, another employee came over and followed me throughout the entire yard the whole time I shopped (just hovering behind me uncomfortably). When I finally turned to him and said “OK I have decided on which rocks I’d like to order.” He said “we are closed now you’ll have to come back tomorrow and place your order. We have no cashiers left.” It was only five after 5 PM and he had not given me any prior warning saying that they were closing soon and to put my order in before they closed. I was extremely upset to say the least as I was not pre-warned and getting these rocks into the garden is time sensitive due to other deliveries also coming for the garden. I even asked if he could tie a rope or hold tag on the 2 rocks I wanted to order so I could call first thing in the morning and place my order instead of having to go back again. The employee said “there are no cashiers left to take your info.” No apology, no customer service. I am extremely disappointed because they are local and they have great products but some of the staff was very unkind, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. As a local professional landscaper myself - I will never send my clients here in the future.

Purchased 6+ half loads of quad mix to top dress our lawns. Was assured the mix was 'as weed free as possible'. Within a couple weeks both our lawns were infested with quack grass. So very disappointed as the cost to eliminate it will be significant vs the savings we thought we were getting by purchasing from a landscape dealer. It's a neighbourhood eyesore & embarrassment, as neighbours ask what happened. Have never experienced this from previous years of top dressing.
