Excellent services especially summer takes care of maintenance and addresses all the issue calmly and follows professionalism

My wife and I moved to Squire Court apartment a year ago, and we have been loving it. The building is always clean, pet friendly, and people around are generally nice! :) The property management team is always available when needed and makes it a priority to ensure both Squire Court and Waverly Place are always on point inside and out! Nice initiative organizing events for all during Halloween and Christmas, a community garden, and more. Great neighborhood, calm and family friendly, would recommend to any friends or family looking for a place to call home!

I've been at Squire Court apartments 80Rockwwod Ave for almost a year. Kathy and Ray are wonderful people, the building is well kept, clean and well maintained consistently . There is ample Visitor Parking available. Any concerns are promptly addressed and taken care of .

I haven't had to rent a place for 30 + years until this past summer. The Staff were quite courteous, helpful and accommodated my questions/concerns and most importantly my 'out-of-town' travel challenge. For a limited period of time there are ongoing repairs to the building I am in. This work seems to be progressing well, only on business days, during business hours. I appreciate that they communicate planned outages like water, power or regulatory work like fire alarm testing. A web 'portal' is available for information and to request maintenance if required. I have had a few of maintenance requests fulfilled, a couple minor issues discovered during inspection and a recent problem which I entered into the portal. Both requests were were handled in a timely manner, by a polite capable gentleman. Lastly, what I have witnessed in 2 months of living here is that lobbies/laundry/hallway and outdoor areas are kept clean and functional. Current staff members are approachable, experienced, polite and shouldn't be impacted by repairs/construction they have inherited, nor by the previous staff's performance. Lived here a year. That was way too long. Very rude staff, maitenence men who lie and are lazy. They never fixed one thing we needed fixing, and often told us the broken, inconveniences were normal for apartment living. They will not communicate with you and ignore you when you try, resorting to stuffing notes under your door while you’re home. Very unwelcoming environment at the office if you try to go speak one on one, there is always many people surrounding you and making you uncomfortable. If you ever can’t find a staff member, just look out your front window because they will be standing in a huddle smoking all day.
