Best value for money in the Vineland area. Some of their planters at $18 and $25 beat out anything else comparable being sold by other stores. Including - Costco, homedepot, Rona, Canadian tire, etc Not a huge selection, but good value for money.
View on GoogleI don’t normally leave negative reviews, but their company truck was on the QEW and swerving in and out of the lane for a long stretch of highway. At one point they were headed straight for one of the off ramp guard rails and swerved at the last second to avoid a collision. Seemed like they were super distracted or on their phone. Cars were slowing down behind the truck because it was very apparent they were driving recklessly. If your company logo is all over a truck, you should know that your driver is not representing the company very well by putting peoples lives at risk.
View on GoogleRetail sales at wholesale prices. Spring Valley do you really need to do this? Not fair to all the wholesale customers that have made you what you are. Selling products at nearly wholesale cost, cash sales with no tax is truly a competitive advantage in the Garden center business. Truly greedy and totally unfair.
View on GoogleNever knew about Spring Valley Gardens until I went for a drive and saw a plant stand in Hamilton on Rymal Road with a bunch of beautiful flowers and potted ones too. The idea of leaving money in a lock box or e-transfer was fantastic, I thought that was so sweet and trusting. Thank you so much, I was able to buy a pot from you guys, I'm in love with it. I will be purchasing from you guys again, and I will be telling my family and friends about you guys too. Thank you!
View on GoogleOnly one review? I can't believe it! I received the Mini Daffodils as a gift only yesterday... one bud was opening. NOW, I see four full flowers and three buds working hard to burst forth. They are sturdy, true yellow, and, well... happy! The pot is dark green plastic (approx. 4" diameter and 4" tall.) swathed in a heavy, bright yellow plastic wrap. The soil is rich, perfectly conditioned and not a speck of mold. There are four well-developed bulbs with a multitude of leaves and buds. The leaves average between eight and ten inches, while the four flowers currently blooming are 8", 9", 10" and 11". At present, I detect no fragrance, but I have a sinus infection; so who knows what may come? I will definitely follow up if a fragrance presents. It is so exciting and cheerful to see such lovelies in the dead of winter. Do find your nearest retailer. Spring Valley Gardens offer your absolutely favourite bulbs in bloom. Mine? The blue or purple hyacinth, rich in fragrance, steeped in joy!!!
