Dave quoted me a price to get my rocker panel replaced and told me everything was good to go for the 2nd week of July. I called 2 days ahead of time to make sure everything was good to go and he told me yes. I brought it my car Monday morning only to be told he couldn’t do the repair anymore and never found the right part. He waited 2 weeks just to tell me that the piece isn't available anymore. I went to other auto body shops and they found the rocker panel right away that I needed. I then called Dave back and asked why that wasn’t an option and he told me because it wasn’t what he quoted me. It would have been nice if he was honest and upfront with me. I had to turn down a weeks worth of work because I didn’t think I was going to have my car cause it would be getting repaired. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place as Dave is very misleading with his quotes and won’t be honest about what your other options are. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

I highly recommend Spring Auto Body! They were open the day after Boxing Day when all the other highly rated auto body repair shops I called were off for Christmas week. That was the best thing that could have happened! Nico offered to take a look at the damage I'd done to my Toyota that same day. He agreed that the damage was minor and explained what had to be done without trying to inflate the cost. My car was drivable while we waited for parts to arrive from Toyota but without a working windshield washer, so he rigged up a temporary reservoir and I was able to drive safely (and didn't charge me for that). Overall he went above and beyond what one expects from businesses today, but that's not all - every person I interacted with at Spring Auto Body was polite, friendly, knew my car and why it was there. And of course they did a great job.

This place is amazing! My Toyota Camry had a damaged bumper, fender and headlight and the owner explained my options in detail (replacing/fixing front bumper, fender and headlight) with pros and cons of each approach. I ended up replacing the bumper and fixing the fender and headlight, and I really appreciate the fact that the owner worked around my budget. I did ask a couple of other places recommended by our insurance company before coming here, and the other places could not give any detailed answers regarding the damage or the costs...."anything can come up once we open the bumper so it is impossible to estimate the total cost". Also, I didn't appreciate being "mansplained" when discussing repairs to the car at the other place. Spring Auto Body & Collision did none of that, but were very professional. I especially liked the fact that the owner gave me a fixed price for the repairs and that he gave me a detailed explanation of the damage and how repairs will be done. The final cost was very reasonable and the customer service was amazing, both from the owner and the mechanic who repaired our car. Also, they fixed the car in three days, instead of the three weeks I was quoted at other places. The final result is fantastic, with a PERFECT colour match of the bumper to the rest of the car, and it is impossible to see the damage to the fender and headlight (they fixed both, instead of replacing them). I am impressed, my husband is impressed and everybody else I shown the car to are impressed. I would highly recommend this place to anybody needing a body shop or a paint job! They are both knowledgeable, friendly and affordable and the end result is easily comparable to Toyota (I fixed the rear bumper a couple of years ago at the Toyota Body Shop in St Catharines). I have nothing but good things to say about this place!
