Had the worst customer service here today while shopping for hockey equipment for my daughter. I asked for assistance and the guy they sent over was absolutely useless…. didn’t offer any assistance whatsoever and was not interested in helping us get what we needed.

Today’s my first time went in the store, I didn’t want to assume this, but honestly, I felt I was discriminated because of my ethnicity. The two young white girls were standing at the cashier and talking with each other, no any greetings, no one came up to ask if I need any assistance. The weird thing was, after me, every other white customers that came in, they all greeted them and approached them to offer help or advice. With me, it was just like I didn’t exist. And when I went to pay for my cloth, the staff didn’t even bother to fold my cloth neat and nicely. What a completely different service attitude, that was impressive…

Every time I’m in the store looking for something, the staff is so helpful and friendly. Today it was Alicia and she went above and beyond with help and finding shoes for me before I decided on the one. Even the girl at cash when I entered the store and leaving.

Went in today to get some high end running shoes for my wife. Jake approached us. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. Great experience.
