Speedy Glass Niagara Falls

I was greeted right away and the guy at the service desk was very knowledgeable about insurance claims. The service was really fast (quicker than an oil change). Everything was explained up front so there were no surprises. The price, if paying out of pocket is unbeatable! I’m glad a friend recommended them to me and I’ll definitely be doing the same.

I was hesitant about using a chain, but Eric was awesome from the moment I called!!! Gave me some tips when dealing with insurance and got a new windshield in from Montreal overnight! The techs worked quickly and were very open and honest about everything up front! I had an issue yesterday (30 days after the initial call), at no fault of Speedy’s and there was Eric again with the MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Thank you Niagara Falls Speedy!!

The gentleman who greeted us and helped us was very friendly and thoroughly explained what we could expect. We had a crack in our windshield, and he took the time to fit us in and get it fixed for us. We are from out of town and needed to get back on the road.

Eric was FANTASTIC from the moment I walked in a few days ago. He came out to take a look at the window, and booked me in quickly (within a day or two). It was Ben who did the work, & he too is AWESOME…can’t even notice that there was a mark on the windshield…FLAWLESS. These fellas didn’t miss a step…even followed-up with a reminder of the upcoming appointment…took the car in right on time…took about the same length of time I was told it would…even buzzed me to let me know when the work was finished (handy location, cuz an outdoor mall close by…can wait in Tim’s, if U want etc.). Eric did all the insurance work for me, as well (filled-in whatever had to be sent etc.). It simply doesn’t get any BETTER than this place. Yeah, I wish I didn’t have a rock (or whatever it was😅) hit my window while driving on the highway (sounded like hit by a bullet…or bomb!), but this team fixed it for me, and a good thing that they were recommended by Autoline, or maybe I would’ve done nothing, seeing that it didn’t look like much more than a ‘circle’ on the windshield (but left unattended, will end up cracking the entire windshield, I found out). YUP, I highly recommend these PROS…the best of the best, and TY, gentlemen…7,777 Stars out of 5!!!😬👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Barry Isaacs

The staff greeted me with a smile , and a few minutes of their time talking to me , very attentive to my concerns , as well he was very friendly to me.. customer service excellence.. I even received a car vacuum !!! Amazing job !!
