I recently had an appointment with Adele at this location. My experience was wonderful and the service was excellent. The team there were warm and welcoming and Adele clearly knows her stuff. She was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and helpful not just in the testing process but in guiding me in selecting the best style of frames that were best suited for me. Highly recommended.

the folks at specsavers pen centre are awesome. everyone i spoke to, from sales to the doctor to the manager that processed my insurance. everyone talked me through all the things i was going to be doing and made the process extremely efficient. very friendly, helpful people and it helps that they have great deals and selection too! i’ll make sure to be back for my next exam :)

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, never to busy or distracted to give the help and advice needed. Their commitment to quality of service is impeccable. It feels like a great family environment there. Never ever a rush, Bailey and the rest of the staff take the time to make sure you have the proper fit and that your completely satisfied with everything. If you're looking for glasses, then I would highly recommend you check out the Penn Center location of Spec Savers for all your eyewear needs. You'll be glad you did.
