Special Occasions Party Rental

We rented 60 chairs, 9 tables and some linens for our wedding this past weekend. The pricing was excellent and the service was impeccable. It was such a pleasure working with this company for my backyard wedding reception. We rented a 20'x30' tent, tables, chairs, glasses, tablecloths, cutlery, and much more. Prior to the event, they accommodated all my last minute changes with grace and kindness. On the installation day, the team arrived early and assembled our large tent effortlessly. Weddings can be stressful enough, so I LOVED how there was zero stress throughout the entire process working with Special Occasion Rentals.

I ordered a tent 30x40 from the special occasions for my backyard wedding and was very impressed with the service! They called a few days before to confirm the set up time, came on time, put the tent up in couple of hours and came back on agreed day and time to pick it up! Very nice gentleman who came in to set everything up! Tent felt sturdy and well maintained. Thank you again special occasions! Will definitely remember 😊

Special Occasions provided us with rentals for our wedding and absolutely blew us away with their service! As we worked to plan our own wedding, Lynn and Brett’s expertise and guidance was indispensable - they were able to offer tons of support and were very easy to work with, offering us the flexibility and guidance that we needed to keep our wedding low-stress. We rented just about everything from here: plates, glasses, cutlery, table cloths, high top tables, and even kitchen equipment for our caterers! Everything was in perfect condition and pick up and drop off were extremely smooth and easy!!

Brett and the Special Occasions team are truly great to work with. From set-up to tear down they have been timely, thorough and reasonable. First used their services (tent rental, chair, tables, etc.) when we did our 2022 post-covid family reunion and used them again for our 2023 family get together; and will definitely be using them again in the future!
