The Raz Memory Cell phone with its simplicity of use, has removed the frustration of dialling, receiving, charging and accidentally turning the volume down has been an amazing find for our family. Having access in real time, to any issues that arises, like being alerted that the phone needs charging makes this one of the most sophisticated phones, our elderly family member has ever used. Wonderful experience purchasing from Special Needs Computer Solutions. I ordered an iMac compatible keyboard for my child and it arrived at the shop within a few days. I picked it up today and had a lovely conversation with the owners. Got the keyboard home and it’s beautiful. The quality is great and it’s really lovely to use.

I needed a large amount of embosser braille paper and was having difficulty sourcing it in Canada. Special Needs Computers did their absolute level best to ensure that my shipment was ordered promptly and received with as little issue and as quickly as possible. Their support and attention to detail was excellent, I have absolutely no complaints about the help and support I received from this company. I am so glad we discovered them on line, and now that I have, I will continue to order from them as required. I have already recommended them to others several times.

I wanted to order a desk bike for improving my work from home setup, and after trying to contact the American manufacturer directly without success, I started looking for a Canadian business to help me out. After much googling, I choose Special Needs because they had the best price in CAD dollars and because Brenda answered my questions clearly and promptly. I ordered the bike through their website and when the site store charged me a few extra bucks for shipping (compared to what I was quoted by email) Brenda quickly helped make sure I was refunded the difference. There were some serious issues with UPS delivering my desk bike (US mail system seems barely functional right now eek) but Brenda and Victoria took the time over the past three weeks(!! Thanks UPS) to help me resolve the situation, at no additional cost to me. They went above and beyond, and made me feel valued as a customer.
