Dr. Chan and Ray were excellent taking the time to find the perfect set of eyeglasses and sun glasses. The care for the well-being of the customers’ experience was clearly evident. I tried on several pairs of glasses and I was comforts the entire time. Highly recommend Special Eyes to the general public.

Dr. and Ray were exceptional. They took the time to explain every step of the eye exam, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Once again, Ray at Special Eyes did not disappoint. I went in looking for sunglasses. He knows that I like glasses that are different and he only had to show me one pair. They are beautiful Tom Ford magnetic sunglasses. They are exactly, or better than what I was looking for. Ray always goes and above and beyond to help you choose just the right glasses for you. My insane dog chewed up my only pair of glasses… I called several places and all gave the same response- a new pair would take 10-15 business days, minimum! Special Eyes Optical was able to find me a great pair of glasses and get them to me immediately! Amazing customer service. Thanks for giving me my eye sight back :)

If you want to get your eyes checked if you live in Welland. Make an appointment with the nice Optometrist here. I found an awesome pair of frames for my new glasses. I can't wait for them to come in. The frames are going to rock and I am going to look amazing in them. I will update this post with a picture when my glasses come in. Ray is such a good Optometrist. The top glasses have Progressive lenses the bottom pair have single vision. He picked out the bottom pair. And got them with no cost to me and I glad to have both pairs I am able to use the bottom pair for every day use and the top pair to read small print. Thanks Ray 👍
