No a good place to Shop! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO I purchased four tees from Souvenir Mart on December 27, 2025 and was charged twice for $102.79 CAD. Since that day, I have spent weeks calling and being told, “call back today,” “call back tomorrow,” with no resolution, no ownership, and no urgency from their end. Today, after insisting again, I finally reached a staff member named Tricia. She said she would call their bank and return my call. 20 minutes later she called back claiming there was “no transaction” even though the duplicate authorization was visible on my statement and confirmed by my bank. My bank also confirmed that only the merchant can cancel or release the second authorization — it cannot be done from the bank’s side. When I asked whether it was a coincidence that multiple customers have reported the same exact issue in online reviews, Tricia abruptly hung up on me and then refused to take my calls. That was the height of unprofessionalism and customer neglect. This is unacceptable business practice. A merchant that debits customers twice and then refuses to acknowledge or correct the error is not trustworthy. The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer service is alarming. I am publicly warning potential customers: please be extremely cautious shopping at Souvenir Mart. Duplicate charges are not being resolved, the staff are dismissive, and customers are left chasing their own money. This should not be normalized.

My uncle bought a sweater once and was charged TWICE on his debit card. The phone number to contact their store is not going through and we live in a different country!!!! This is very frustrating, terrible place!

This establishement overcharged tourist customers. I bought $40 souvenirs but charged me double on my card. One time i will go back there try to buy then I will bring an undervover police. Be nice to your costumers we’re giving you business!

Decent place overall! There's a large selection, the place is organized, and the prices are comparable to other souvenir shops in the area. It has similar products to other places as well. There's a "discount section" downstairs as well, which is neat. Good place overall.
