We came for Valentine’s Day after seeing their special and had a really disappointing first experience. Our pork belly burnt ends came out literally cold. When we told our server, she said “what’s cold?” with no apology, took the plate, and didn’t explain what she was doing. The replacement came back warm at best, still not hot. The duck wings were fine. Then we ordered the brisket burger. One patty was raw in the middle and the other was completely burnt. We mentioned it and again got no apology — she just took it away. When a new burger came out, it was the wrong one (pastrami and sauerkraut, not what we ordered). She asked what we wanted her to do and whether we wanted boxes. She also took the fries from the original plate and didn’t bring new fries with the replacement. They removed the burger from the bill, but my partner barely ate aside from the appetizers and a few fries before they were taken. At the end we were told they were short staffed and it’s not normally like this, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of communication or basic service, especially on Valentine’s Day. Very disappointing first visit.

If you haven't been you definitely need to go, was absolutely delicious. From the food to our super sweet waitress. When she said they sell out of their ribs before 7 every night, was a for sure try. Wasn't disappointed at all, and i'll be back for sure 🫶

Always great food and service here! I highly recommend it! The wings are juicy and phenomenal! The French onion soup is delicious and perfectly made. The cooked vegetables are fresh (from raw).

Went to South Coast yesterday for dinner. We aren't from Crystal Beach and didn't know all roads were shut down. Got a table right away but knew it was busy. Didnt get anyone to even greet us for over 20 minutes until we asked the welcoming staff. The waitress was very overwhelmed and wasnt happy as it showed. We ordered everything all at once and got it within 20 minutes which was surprising. Food was great and portions were very big. Buffalo blue chicken sandwich and Ruben burger. Will give it another try but food was great!

South Coast has consistently excellent food and service. They have a large menu and I’ve tried nearly all of it. Definitely something for everyone, and their appetizer selection is amazing. Perfect for a group of friends. Rotating craft beers on tap! Fun cocktails. 10/10 Caesars! They have fantastic live entertainment and a fun late night party atmosphere, but also have a great kids menu and are family friendly. They have an eclectic multi-functional private banquet room for larger parties or events. It’s also really cozy just to grab a seat at the bar by yourself. This restaurant is suitable for any occasion and any company, bachelorette party or quiet lunch with grandma (homemade soups! fish’n’chips!), and they’re reliably open 7 days a week year round. Seriously, what more could you ask for? Forever my favourite ❤️
