Somerset Bed & Breakfast

We had a great 5 night stay in the Master Suite at Somerset. Wendy was lovely and very attentive. Location was great. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants downtown. And the view was outstanding. It was unfortunate on our last morning that they had booked a photoshoot where people arrived at 7:45am and proceeded to shout throughout the foyer when we were trying to enjoy our last morning (and have a sleep in). Not sure why this had to be booked at 8am. We were checking out that day so it probably could have waited until 11am. We found it a bit disrespectful especially when you are paying 800.00 a night. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Somerset! From the fantastic view to the wonderful, well maintained home and exceptional service its a definite place to stay if your in Niagara-on the-Lake! Wendy was the best host always making sure we had what we needed and was upbeat and happy. The peacefulness of this property is like no other. Thank you Somerset for a wonderful stay, we'll be back!!

One of the top 4 or 5 B&B's we've had the pleasure of staying at. Superb room (Master Suite), comfortable furnishings, spectacular views from the full length deck. Thoughtful touches like blankets for the cooler evenings on the deck. Should note that all suites have two queen beds (no kings) which we found a bit odd, but did not detract from our overall outstanding experience.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! This was our second time visiting and we continue to be so impressed with the location, amenities, style, service and quality of the Somerset B&B. This is a true gem within a gem for a relaxing retreat. Our host, Wendy, was so good to us and we had a wonderful time.

Wendy was an excellent host and the location and setting are perfect. Beautiful waterfront view and only 10 minutes from the high street restaurants and theatre. Some improvements needed to rooms to justify this price point. Hairdryer old and no nozzle, window pane cracked, some bedding polyester rather than cotton. However we enjoyed our stay and would return.
