Very grateful to Maria for her kindness and patience! She helped our family to plan an overseas wedding for a large group and now it's our go to travel agent! 😄

I will never use this travel agency again. Maria was not friendly and couldn't complete my seating on the plane. It was like I was burdening her when I called and asked her to find my seat assignment upon her request. No call back.

I've asked Cecilia to get me a quote on a trip twice in one years. She promised to call me back and told me don't worry about an email. I'm still waiting. It's been a year. The unprofessional behavior with this travel agency is unreal. Why make customers feel that way.

That Cecilia woman. She has an attitude problem. Is pushy, ignorant, and has a hard time listening to others but certainly expects people to listen to her. If you've no previous travel experience & no clue what you're doing she seems grand. Doesn't mean she actually knows what she's doing.

Cecelia was an absolute pleasure to deal with! After not having a great experience elsewhere, we came here and she exceeded our expectations. We booked our honeymoon through her and she made it so easy. We will be back to see her when we book again in October. Thanks again!
