To the women that helped me out with my three small children. You are my heros. They let me sit in the store with my kids while I freaked out cause of what happened with my car and of course me crying like a sob. Im sorry if my kids were too loud I was doing my best but thank you again for coming to my rescue.

Extremely disappointed with the cake I had ordered for my son's birthday party. Filled the order days in advance and they said it could be done. Showed up the morning two hours before the party, the top was a completely different color. So they scraped the top of the cake off and tried a quick 5 minute fix.. had the party not been in two hours I would have refused it and went elsewhere. Icing dropping off the edges and the color running and splotchy. I have gotten a few cakes in the past from Sobeys and they have been awesome but this one was completely botched. If I wanted a cake that looked like this, I could have done it myself.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with the bakery, and unfortunately this is not the first time. However, it will certainly be the last time we purchase a cake from this location. We had placed an order well in advance for a scheduled pickup, but upon arrival it was clear that the order had been completely overlooked. No apology was offered, nor was there any attempt to address the inconvenience or provide compensation for the error.

Ended up to buy a dry cake and a candle because on evening of 12 May it is my son's birthday. I select a cream cake and a female worker from the bakery doesn't want to add 5 more words on the cake and says "I'm not a cake designer." Writing words on the cake doesn't need to be done by a cake designer. It's just words. I had it done before from a male staff there, but there was a lady who simply refused to write.

Friendly staff. Fresh produce meats fish and fruit. Clean facility. Most sale items are in stock if not rain checks are available. Large free parking lot. Free WiFi. Plenty of carts and baskets. Self checkout available. No credit card surcharge. Easily accessible to anyone.
