Michael is awesome! He explained everything clearly about how to use the bikes and suggested a great route to Niagara on the Lake. At the rental shop, he even gave us gloves since it was a bit cold and made sure we were all set before starting our ride. When we came back, we were rushing to catch our bus to Toronto and almost missed it, but he actually ran with us to the station to make sure we made it. The bikes were in perfect condition, and the ride to Niagara on the Lake was fantastic. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thanks so much, Michael!

Deciding to visit Niagara Falls again was a no-brainer—and renting from Snap E-Bike Rental and Tours made the trip even better! Michael runs a top-notch operation. His bikes are in perfect condition, and he takes the time to clearly explain how everything works, go over safety tips, and share a detailed map of the best trails and sights. Having only e-biked once before, I was so impressed with how easy and enjoyable he made the experience. Michael’s humor and personality made it even more fun—he’s friendly, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about both the bikes and the area. He even walked us back to our Airbnb afterward and shared great conversation. Hes really very funny! If you’re visiting Niagara, don’t miss this. Very friendly, energetic and helpful owner, offered us free water as it was a very hot day. The bikes were amazing, great value for the price and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun time in the Niagara area. High quality bikes, and he made sure we knew everything we needed to know before setting us off for the day. When we got back, he even went to the bus stop for us to make sure it didn't leave before we got there. Overall, a 10/10 experience, and has made for a great day for me and my family

This experience is absolutely worth your time and money! It’s a really safe bike ride to Niagara-on-the-lake because you do not cycle in the traffic. Weather is naturally a bit windy in Niagara Falls, and cycling against the wind is hard if you are not trained, so e-bike really helps with that. With moderate use, my battery was still full when I arrived Niagara-on-the-lake, I attached a photo, you can check it out! On the return, I had the liberty to use e-bike features a lot more, it was really fun! I think Niagara-on-the-lake is a nice little town but the experience of cycling there was more enjoyable than actually being there! Mike is a super nice guy and he is very knowledgeable, he is there for you at all times, if you need anything, give him a call, he is very responsive and attentive. He really cares that you have a good experience and I could see that he loves his job. So do not hesitate to try this experience! It will be worth it!!!
