Even though I didn’t end up purchasing a travel trailer/RV from this dealership, I felt it was important to recognize the outstanding customer service I received. They took the time to answer all of my questions and enquires as I explored my RV needs to identify my target RV to purchase. If you’re looking for an RV dealership that treats people right and prioritizes customer service, I would absolutely recommend giving them a visit.

There is no question that this is the best dealership to buy a trailer from! We dealt with Dave (owner) when we purchased our trailer. Had a very thorough walk through with Frank. Recently, we needed some service/warranty work completed and we dealt mostly with Cindy who kept us updated throughout the entire process. (And got stuff covered that we fully expected to have to pay for!) We were able to drop off our trailer at a time that was convenient for us, and less than 48 hours later it was ready for us to pick up! All the work was completed and the unit looks great. I had the opportunity to check out 2 large, well known, RV dealerships in the Niagara region. Smithville RV was my third dealership and is significantly smaller. Their service and treatment of customers and potential customers far exceeds that of their larger competitors. My experience was fabulous. You deal directly with the owner and his team and decisions are made on the spot. They care about the customer. My plan was to just shop around for a purchase planned for next spring. After dealing with Dave (owner) and his obvious low pressure and caring attitude I decided that now was the time to make the deal and I did. I have to say that when I first arrived Dave was with another customer so Frank (service technician) showed me the two units I was interested in. Again no pressure but just facts and even pros and cons with each unit openly pointed out. Dave then took over and again made my decision easy. I returned soon after to look at both units with some family and a decision was made. By the way, unlike many dealers, there were no hidden costs. Everything up front. After the purchase was made, delivery and set-up of my Destination trailer took place. The quality of work demonstrated so far has been second to none.
