I cannot compliment the service enough ! I walked in simply for a can of primer and from the moment I stepped in the door, all of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I came home and said to my husband, wow I just had the best experience at Home Hardware ! They offered such real genuine customer service, it put a pep in my step. Thankyou !

Home Hardware Smithville is fantastic because they make it easy to be a customer there. We just moved to Smithville this summer. If we need help finding an item, they take you to the item. If we need to return something, it’s done without hesitation. Courteous staff? Yes, always. Keep up the great work!

I visited the Smithville location on Saturday April 6th and was helped immediately by Kirk at the contractor desk. He was able to guide me through my project and get me the things I needed to successfully complete the job. Thanks to him and the young fellow that works in the yard. My trip down from Huntsville to complete the project at my in-laws was a great one and I'll definitely be back.
