Smithville Garage

The shop is great, they got me in twice very quickly. I had my brakes replaced by them and was quick and efficient. Have my car there a second time to assess pothole damage. Would highly recommend this garage, Jen is very efficient and skilled! Attached are photos of what a pothole can do to your tire and give you possible suspension problems…

I had a wiper blade fail in a snowstorm. I had a spare in the car but couldn't get it on. I stopped here for assistance and they fixed it immediately....and they showed me how to do it. To top it off, they said "no charge". Great guys. I highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough great things about Smithville Auto. I drove down from Oakville for an appointment in Smithville. Upon arrival I heard clunking sounds coming from my front end. I was concerned about making the drive back so I called them and they had the vehicle up on a hoist in 45 minutes. They identified the issue, broken sway links, removed them and reassured me that I would be safe to make it home. They handed me back my keys and said have a great day. Exceptional customer service from the front reception to the mechanic servicing the car! Thank you again!

Mike and staff are amazing! They helped us without an appt. when the ramp in our accessible van broke. It allowed our daughter to not be housebound until we could figure out a plan. They’ve consistently provided reliable service for multiple vehicles we have taken there. Thank you!!

Smithville garage has always treated us right for repairs and never overcharging us or upselling on procedures which weren’t necessary. They were very well educated and informative and polite with clientele. They did an amazing job with my brake callipers that were seizing and a bumper job on my cars over the years. I can full heartedly recommend that others in Smithville choose the local option.
