Smith's Water Delivery

Can’t say enough about this company - we were in a bind when we realized our cistern was extremely low and our usual company wasn’t able to bring us water any time soon. We called and without being their customer they were able to fit us in within less than 48 hours and saved us! Appreciate their customer service and how friendly and accommodating they were. Called today and receptionist already was at a no when she answered and didn’t sound happy to take my call . Said they don’t service wainfleet but yet they advertise wainfleet and surrounding areas. Gave it two stars instead of a one star because after me being friendly to her she did give me a couple names of other companies. Copied from their website… E AREA Grimsby, Lincoln, Pelham, St. Catharines, Stoney Creek, Thorold, Wainfleet, West Lincoln and surrounding area.

Thank you sooooo much Smith's Water Delivery. After calling 2 competitors leading straight to voicemail and leaving 2 messages at both over 2 days, a friendly person answered the phone this morning at Smith's. Thank you for answering the phone! One hour later, another friendly voice called me back to set up a water account. Three hours later, we have a water fill from a friendly driver. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

They were good, then when I went to order water, I was told I was out of their service area. A few months prior I wasn't but then I suddenly was. I switched to a better company anyways. The website still says they deliver to Thorold, but when I asked, I was told I was out of area.

After calling a local water delivery company and receiving no response after several attempts, I called Smith's to get my pool filled. They answered the phone right away and were very helpful on the phone. The driver Randy was also very nice and professional. I would recommend Smith's Water to anyone in Stoney Creek as the local companies do not bother answering the phone or returning voicemails.
