I have been going to Smith Family Dentistry for a year now. I'm very happy I made the switch. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Top notch service.

I have children and they needed a new dentist. They previously went to a children’s dentist due to some nervousness but now felt they could go to a regular office. When I called Tahnee was very friendly on the phone and I was able to get the kids in within a couple of days of calling. They saw Taylor for their first visit. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and put them at ease. I was worried about how they might be seeing someone new. But they had a great experience and I would definitely recommend the office!!

I recently had the best experience at smith family dentistry. I am new to the area and was referred to by a few of my colleagues. I met Taylor the hygienist. She was so professional and funny. The best cleaning/dental appointment I have ever had! Some people hate going to the dentist. But the office was so welcoming. I requested to see Taylor next time and recommend that your go to smith family dentistry if you are in St. Catharines.

I would like to raise a shout out to everyone here. I have been a patient recently and for sometime in the past they're always accommodating and very understanding wiling to listen and do a quality job for a healthy smile. My guy Doc Izzo! But, today I had a appointment for an extraction. I arrived as normal at my expected time. As I was parking my tie rod in my car blew outside their office. The amount of support I got from the staff was overwhelming one of them her name is Stephanie was kind enough to send me an Uber to get back to my car after i left it there thinking it was safe causing no obstructions. My problem was that I am in a position financially I was at the point where I was gonna let it get towed and deal with it later. Thankyou st catharines parking enforcement. I was basically in submission but, Stephanie helped me out tremendously made it possible to keep my vehicle safe and eventually get it home. Everyone made it possible for me today. That car is my lifeline. Also, there's another blonde girl she was sweet and helpful in the morning I didnt get her name. Also, when I returned I believe Ireland her name is. She was tremendously supportive. I realize that its not their responsibility to help me out or be so kind. But I am forever grateful to the people and smiths family dentist. I highly recommend you use them for your future orthodontist appointments. As you wont be disappointed. Thankyou everyone. 🙏🙏🫡 p.s the cars good just inner and outer tie rods and a tire🤪 Cars break fix repeat. These people deserve an accommodation that l wish I could provide.

I haven't gone to the dentist in quite a while, and i was quite nervous. I chose this because of the fantastic reviews, and it's spot on. They are so nice, welcoming, and personable. I had Ally do my X-rays, and teeth cleaning. She was so amazing!! We laughed a lot, she made sure I was comfortable, and overall it was just such a nice way to come back to the dentist.
