I did a lot of research before finding my new dentist and the reviews of this place do not lie. They are so kind, and welcoming they made me feel so comfortable. They took time and explained everything to me. I do get nervous at the dentist (who doesn’t lol) and they asked if I was ok to continue and if I needed anything. I highly recommend this dental clinic. Even the receptionists are amazing!! Thank you to everyone at smile town for my great experience!

Bobbie and Dr Mahmoud took amazing care of me. I’m very impressed by their bedside manners and compassionate care. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and made sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. I was a little nervous and they were both very supportive and encouraging throughout the procedure. 10/10 model service.

It was great hearing from Kim today! She called to reschedule a missed appointment and was incredibly pleasant. It’s rare and really nice to come across someone who truly cares about patients.

I always enjoy my visits to Smile Town. The girls at the front desk are awesome—always happy to see me and more than willing to help with any questions I have, including accommodating my schedule when booking appointments. The hygiene team is amazing as well! I’ll be seeing you in a few months, ladies. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, my experiences with the dentists here have not been positive. One doctor did not take my pain seriously when I explained what I was feeling, which made me uncomfortable. The second dentist I saw did work that I am still paying for to this day. He did not seem experienced and despite going back to have his mistake corrected, I am still in pain months later. I now have to go to another dental office to fix the issue. The hygienists are excellent, but based on my experience with the dentists, I can’t confidently recommend this office for dental treatment.
