We hired Grover Cooperman Chapman to do our USA /Canadian taxes for 2024. We didn’t get notice that our tax returns were ready for signature although they tell us they left a voicemail (Rogers can be unreliable in that regard), where all other communication had been done by email, so everything was very harried and last minute (and on an already hectic moving day for us), especially since there were typos that needed to be corrected. Then, when we got audited by the CRA, I mentioned it to them, and they immediately filed the proper paperwork, but then we got billed for this extra service, where I had assumed it would be covered since they filed our taxes that year, and there was no communication about additional charges.

After attempting to do books and taxes on my own for personal and business tax, I decided to leave something as intricate and time consuming to the professionals. That's all Cooperman Chapman are. Not only do they provide excellent service for a reasonable price, I greatly appreciate their willingness to sit down and explain things so I am able to understand. They have also been instrumental in providing advice and insight into business decisions so I am able to have all the options in front of me before making a decision.
