I took my mama here for a perm and Cindy did a good job, but $187 for a perm on short hair???? That's more expensive than going to a 5 star salon! You did a good job Cindy but unfortunately you broke my mama's bank account and she definitely cannot afford that! We won't be back. 😥 Unbelievable for a senior!
