People are nice there but the phone service is not it spent 30 minutes trying to just talk to them couldn't get through to ask my questions

I'd be nice if you didn't have to stand and wait 10+mins, knocking at the window, trying to get 1 of 2 staffs attention to be let in. Needless to say you can only stand there for so long and be ignored. Do your job, or hire someone that doesn't ignore customers.

Top notch service! Kyle & his staff are fantastic and offer great service. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of my “junk” when I need it gone.

Amazing customer service! As a newbie to metal recycling I was apprehensive about visiting and I had a ton of questions about the process. I emailed this morning and Laurie called me an hour ago with a complete how to guide and answered all my questions. She was very patient and was so kind, I really appreciated all her help. She gave me the confidence to come by and drop off all the metal I have laying around. Thank you so much for making this whole experience very comfortable so far! I can't wait to come by. EDIT. I dropped all of my metal off and the guys in the yard were just as kind and helpful with the process! I can't recommend this location enough.
