My husband and I were recently served by Jaden and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. She was respectful of our budget throughout our interaction and maintained a relaxed sales approach. Too often, local competitors encourage their employees to engage in high-pressure sales tactics. We felt comfortable and as if Jaden were a colleague of ours. She was honest and transparent. Ultimately, we selected a Casper mattress. I also took note of the great teamwork amongst the staff as Nick navigated incoming customers during her time with us. Very satisfied with this location and I'm sure when our mattress arrives, we will be equally satisfied with product quality.
