I purchased a mattress for my 12 year old son with disabilities and has a spine surgery coming up. I told the sales man this and I had to make sure mattress fit my sons adjustable bed. It does not work with a adjustable bed. Mattress is too thick and just lifts in the air. Over $2,000 wasted. I do not recommend going to this location.

We had excellent service from a Marianna (so?) at this store. She brought us through all our options and helped us pick the perfect bed. Delivery drivers were professional and very courteous. The whole transaction was a pleasure!

They really need to make changes to their delivery process. We purchased a new mattress on Sunday, we're told it would be delivered on Thursday. We called Wednesday to see if there was a time frame for delivery and were told they wouldn't know until the morning of (anywhere else gives you your delivery AND a time frame) Here we are the day of delivery (10am) having to sit around and wait for a phone call to let us know when our delivery will arrive. You definitely need a change in your system, paying customers shouldn't have to sit around and wait all day for a delivery

Doug Near helped me purchase a new Queen size mattress and base. He also organized having someone come and remove my old mattress and old base. Best service I have ever had. Thanks Doug!
