So ill start by say the staff was good at time of the sale got a new mattress with a 10year warranty after 2 years the mattress has a 3in sag on both sides at the time of purchasing the mattress we were told if the mattress had a sag of 1in are more they would replace it but thats not true now that we are trying to get a replacement we are being told that because of a very small stain the warranty is void at no point when buying the warranty was stains brought up we were told it's very easy to get a replacement agin a lie and after trying to talk to the store iv been giving multiple numbers to call and been given the run around while the store tells me it's out of there hands this is a cheep way of not taking responsibility by saying it's the manufacturers responsibility both party's refusing to help! After reading many reviews i can see this is common practice at some point sleep canada should take responsibility for the product they sell iv reached out to the bbb and my local mpp and waiting for a call back from city news to see what they think iv already gathered 5 other people from other reviews who joined my email hope this saves the next person from getting scammed

I should be able to leave a zero rating or less, giving 1 is more than what is deserved. The sales people promise and guarantee, just to make the sale, but when it comes time to live up to these promises and guarantees, they pass the buck, and that person passes the buck, to a answering machine with no satisfaction for the customer who ultimately is the one that pays. Very dissatisfied.

We recently visited several mattress stores while trying to find the right beds for our family and honestly no one came close to the service we received from Zaki at Sleep Country. He was helping us the way you would help your own family. the difference in service was worth coming here. Zaki was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our situation. He guided us with what actually made sense for us and kept us within our budget. If you are looking for a mattress, do yourself a favour and talk to Zaki at this location. He is your guy. He is knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I will be sending all our fmily and friends his way if they are looking for a mattress! Thanks again Sleep Country and having professional associates!

ZERO STARS !!!! We purchased a very high end Tempur-pedic Mattress and Tempur-pedic Adjustable bed frame after many months of researching what best suited our needs and ordered it and the Adjustable Frame. We immediately assessed upon delivery that the wrong mattress model had been delivered. We immediately reported it to the store who directed us to the Customer Service Phone line. After numerous, calls back and forth, and emails, there was no resolution. We called the store and sales person again. We were told it could be replaced using up our one time 100 Day Warranty Replacement!! The sales person in fact encouraged us to not return it immediately, and try to ‘break it in’!! Long story short, a few weeks later, we decided we had no choice but to send it back for replacement. The new replacement was scheduled. We received a filthy, dirty and damaged mattress that was stained and lopsided. What a Horrible experience! We went to the store in person, and asked for a full refund. The store sales staff said it could not be done at that level. We requested that Management be contacted. The sales person we spoke with agreed. While waiting, another sales person, kept repeating that they could not take care of us and became aggressive with provocation. Original sales person kept working and eventually said he had refund approval. We did not receive the refund. (The Adjustable Bed Frame was not returnable so we were obligated to keep it for a price tag of $1400.00) A few days later when the pickup was arranged, the refund solely for mattress was activated. I have photos of both mattresses that I will supply to Sleep Country Management. When a product is delivered in error, that is no reason for a Warranty to be invoked. I will never deal with this company again. I would not recommend them ever!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Shaun was absolutely great and provided excellent customer service! Originally came in just to buy bed sheets and ended up getting a new hush mattress along with some accessories. In terms of pricing, I can’t complain because he offered such a fantastic deal! Would definitely recommend this location if you’re looking to purchase a new mattress or anything else.
